Training Floor (1st Floor)

A movement and training enthusiast’s paradise, you will have no problem finding a rack and a platform anytime you come and will have plenty of space to move. 

Our Training floor boasts 8 Platforms, 10 Squat Racks  20kg & 15kg Pendlay Olympic Bars, Pendlay Bumper Plates, Specialty Bars, Farmers Handles, Glute-Ham Raise/Back Extension, Cybex Cable Tower, Leg Press, Leg Curl, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Maces, Sleds, Rowers, Ski Erg, “Assault” Bike, Cascade Ultra Runner Curved Treadmill, and more.  

On this floor you’ll find our Strength Semi-Private Training sessions, as well as our HIIT and Circuit Group Training classes.


Gym Floor (2nd Floor)

The 2nd floor is a more conventional gym floor. Featuring a recently installed set of entirely new cardio equipment, including: True Fitness Treadmills, Stairmasters, Ellipticals, Cascade Ultra Runner Curved Treadmill, Ergonomic Rower. Cardio equipment features casting capabilities from Apple and Android phones, as well as coming loaded with hundreds of workouts.

You’ll also find free weights as well as plate and stack loaded machines on this floor, including: Three Cybex Squat Racks, Cybex Smith Machine, Incline, Flat & Decline Barbell Bench Press, Full Lines of both Atlantis Plate Loaded Machines & Strive Stack Loaded Machines, Dumbbells and Kettlebells. 


Lower Level Studio (Lower Level)

Our lower level training studio is an intimate and quiet space equipped with numerous lower body focused equipment, including: two hip thrust stations from Bret Contreas Strength, a Nautilus Glute Drive, Nautilus Abductor/Adductor, and 45 degree hyper-extensions. You will also find free weights, dips/leg raise chair, mats, and foam rollers ensuring a full body training experience. Find our 25 Minutes Glutes Express classes down in this studio.


Upper Level Studio (3rd Floor)

Another secluded studio is located on our 3rd floor and is equipped with upper body focused equipment, including: racks of dumbells, fixed weight barbells, and fixed weight EZ bars. In the middle of the studio you’ll find a True Fitness Cable Crossover/Seated Row/Lat Pulldown machine with both traditional and ergonomic grip attachments. The back of the studio houses a True Fitness Chest Supported Plate Loaded T-Bar Row Machine.


Yoga Studio (3rd Floor)

Relax, stretch, and connect in our spacious 3rd floor studio complete with a view of McCarren Park.


Locker Rooms (Lower Level)

Our locker rooms are equipped with keyless entry lockers and Infrared Saunas, along with accessible toilets and showers. Towels are free to use to all members as well as all Group, Semi-Private, and Personal Training clients.
