Chanice is a personal trainer and group training coach at BAC.

Passionate about the body and overall wellness, Coach Taylor holds certificates in pre/post-natal care, pain free specialization, injury prevention & management, and life- coaching.

Chanice’s training expertise spans over a range of disciplines including, running/swim skill and performance, cardiovascular training, and weight lifting for muscle tone, strength, and endurance.

An athlete themselves, Chanice has experience training clients participating in spartan races, amateur competitive team sports, and marathon training.
