Growing up participating in numerous sports, Paul’s love for fitness started at a young age. In his twenties, Paul found Muay Thai, and threw himself wholeheartedly into the sport, competing as an amaetur fighter for the next 5 years. During this time, Paul began training his friends, which helped him find his passion for coaching and teaching.
For over 15 years, Paul has worked with a broad range of clients from all walks of life, abilities, ages, and injuries. He is a strength biased coach relying on fundamental and straightforward exercise selection and programming, finding great success for both his clients and himself. The majority of his clients come to him with body-composition goals as well as wanting to feel and be stronger, healthier and more capable, where he excels in navigating how his clients can implement strategies to achieve those goals into their busy and chaotic lives. In his free time, Paul enjoys spending as much time as possible outside, especially during the summer, where you can find him reading a book in the park, playing with his kids on the beach, or dreaming of owning a boat.
“I can't even begin to explain how blessed I am for the community and team I am surrounded with at BAC. I have a team of amazing, smart and capable staff that I continue to learn and grow from every day. Being in the presence of these wonderful people makes me a better human being. We've been through a lot together and have come out stronger and more resilient to which we owe love and gratitude for our BAC community that are the best damn group of clientele I have had the privilege to work with.”
